Giorgio Siracusa is the founder and President of SIRASTRATEGY. A Swiss and Italian citizen, Giorgio was previously the Chief HR Officer/SVP of Procter & Gamble Europe, headquartered in Geneva and engaging 35,000 people across 42 countries to achieve breakthrough business results. This required a clear organization strategy closely aligned with the needs of the business, continuous transformation, and a culture of inclusion, agility and speed.

 

In his career, Giorgio lived and worked in the United States, Italy, Poland, Belgium and Switzerland, in developed and emerging markets, plants and headquarters. In his global and regional Executive roles, Giorgio gained an excellent reputation for leadership, innovation and strategic thinking.

 

His passions are the development and retention of Executives, identification of leadership potential, diversity and inclusion, and organization strategy.  Giorgio is a certified, highly sought-after Executive Coach, public speaker and a trusted adviser to C-Suite and NGO executives.

 

Giorgio is a staunch advocate of Inclusion as the foundation of winning sustainably.  He has been the Global Executive Sponsor for Men Advocating for Real Change (MARC), a Catalyst Inc. initiative which aims at boosting the role of men in achieving gender equality. For his efforts in building a diverse and inclusive organization, he was awarded the Procter & Gamble 2020 Global Inspirational Leader Award.
