CORE BELIEFS
Stakeholder Capitalism is here to stay: "The purpose of a company is to engage all its stakeholders in shared and sustained value creation." Stakeholder capitalism creates more value in the medium-long term than shareholder-focused capitalism, which is unsustainable (see the 2008 financial crisis, inaction on climate change, ongoing gender and race pay gaps, and rising income inequality). Because of their dynamism, companies can be more progressive than other segments of society. Globally, the majority of tech know-how, capital, and talent is converging towards business enterprises. With great power comes great responsibility – business leaders can no longer shrug off having a broader societal role.

Business organizations need to be socially sustainable. How do we know if our workforce is heading for a crisis? Inclusion is the foundation of a socially sustainable organization. Inclusive Leadership is a skill set to help organizations meet future challenges that are not only diversity but talent and demographic shifts, technological disruption, reskilling, and human rights. The ‘S’ in ESG is the least developed factor - see the Harvard Law School Article
