1) Transforming the way European leaders view – and apply – inclusion by accelerating change where it is beginning to take root, or spark change in ways of thinking and doing. 

2) Advocating workplace inclusion as the way to liberate people’s potential at work, and open the doors to societal advancement to traditionally disadvantaged groups.

3) Creating a sense of urgency in leaders to develop an Inclusive Leadership skillset.

4) Becoming a credible voice on what inclusion means in a wide range of European contexts, drawing from but not replicating North American models.
